Cancellations, Shippings & Returns Policy
Orders can be cancelled and fully refunded before they have been dispatched. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled even if the package has not arrived to its destination.
Otherwise, our Returns Policy will apply.
We reserve the right to cancel or not accept any order that we suspect to have been placed as a result of fraudulent activity.
We further reserve the right to cancel or not accept subsequent orders from customers with a previous fraudulent order history.
Shipping information (Updated on 27/10/2022)
The Royal Mail's Workers Union is staging a strike on the following days:
- Wednesday 2 November, Thursday 3 November and Friday 4 November 2022
- Tuesday 8 November, Wednesday 9 November and Thursday 10 November 2022
As a result, orders placed on these dates will be dispatched from the next non-strike business days.
Furthermore, deliveries of parcels to all UK and international destinations will experience delays immediately after this industrial action periods while the Royal Mail attempts to clear backlogs caused as a result.
We usually ship within 1-2 business days once payment is cleared. Items on advanced order will be dispatched as detailed on the product page at time of order.
Our orders are shipped by Royal Mail then passed to our country's postal company for onward delivery to your shipping address.
Depending on your chosen shipping option, parcels shipped to a UK address should arrive between 1 to 5 days working days once shipped.
Estimated delivery time for Europe standard service is 1-4 weeks.
Estimated delivery time for Europe express service is 3-5 working days.
Estimated delivery time for Rest of the World express service is 4-7 working days.
Please note that parcels do sometimes get delayed in transit and may arrive later than the estimated delivery timescales.
Please note we're unable to compensate / refund for lost parcels due to one or more of the below reasons:
- Undelivered parcels that have not been collected, nor a Redelivery arranged within the maximum holding period, or unclaimed.
- Incorrect/incomplete address
- Recipient moved from the shipping address
- Recipient refused
Please be advised that where applicable, customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes when goods arrived at their own country of delivery.

Conditions for returns:
Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of receipt of order.
Products must be unused and in good condition with all its original packaging attached.
Orders that we suspect to be fraudulent or products that have been tampered with will not be refunded and return shipping and handling costs and other charges are non-refundable.
Please note that unless the item is defected due to our own error or arrived damaged, customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the products to us. Otherwise, a prepaid return label with our return approval will be provided.
In event of a faulty item, a prepaid label will be provided for the return. The faulty item must then be returned to us within 10 days from date of issue.
It is recommended that you use a track & signed for service for your return.
Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
Refunds will be processed only when we've received the return item.
Please note refunds will not be processed if the returned item is not in its original condition, opened, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or is returned more than 15 days from date of receipt.
You must submit a return request to sales@Barefection.com with your order number and some photos to clearly show the condition of the item being returned.
Sending your items back to us:
Please only send items back to us once your return request has been approved and confirmed via email by us. Unapproved returns will not be processed and therefore, will not be refunded.
To return your product, please post your item in its original packaging to:

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved.
One approved, you can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order.
Packages that were lost due to incorrect / incomplete shipping addresses will not be refunded.
Returned packages marked "not claimed" or "insufficient/incorrect address" will be refunded minus all shipping costs and handling charges that were charged.
Please note that unless the item is defected due to our error or arrived to you damaged, your original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Your refund should be credited back into your account within 30 days of being issued. If this time has passed and you still haven't received your refund then please contact us at sales@Barefection.com
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Replacement (if applicable)
We only replace items if they arrived damaged.
