We're very sorry but as we've confirmed in our emails to you that while we dispatched your order immediately, which arrived to your country within days, it's unfortunate that the parcel had been held up by your Customs department for inspections, which was causing the hold up.
We were also happy to let you know it had released by Customs and delivered to your local collection point.
Our sincere apologies once again for the delays, which we hope you'll understand is not within our control. However, we're happy to confirm many of our EU parcels have had a relatively trouble free journey
